3. Salad: Wagyu Pork Shabu-Shabu Salad with Grated Radish and Plum Sauce

5. Hot Pot: Duck Nanban Hot Pot with Yuzu Citrus Flavor, using Iwate duck.

6. Tempura: Squid and mentaiko (spicy cod roe) stuffed lotus root and bite-sized chicken tempura.

7. Finishing dish: Soba noodles served in a wooden tray.
